Badge Collection & Fast-Track Access
With over 30,000 delegates expected, SiGMA has introduced multiple collection points to streamline registration.
Early arrivals can collect badges on 2–3 November at Rome Fiumicino Airport (Terminals 1 & 3) between 08:00–21:00. Present your ID and ticket to receive your delegate pass before exploring the city.
Alternatively, visit Sanctuary Eco Retreat—the main collection hub—offering an open bar, live DJ, and a Welcome Reception for all ticket holders.
Exhibitors heading directly to Fiera Roma may register onsite on 3 November (09:00–17:00). Present your QR code and ID to collect your badge and exhibitor pack. Booth access runs from 09:00–13:30.
Additional registration is available at the Anantara Hotel for local attendees. Travel to Sanctuary Eco Retreat:

Premium and Platinum delegates can join guided tastings led by local sommeliers at an 18th-century farmhouse. Includes a finger food buffet. Departures from Sanctuary Eco Retreat at 10:15 and 13:30.
