Game Lounge appoints Vlad Jankovic as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer to drive tech-led evolution
Jankovic joins the C-Suite following a strategic consultancy period with the company. His mandate encompasses corporate development, venture building, and leading the Group’s operational transformation. Specifically, he will oversee the launch of new B2B revenue lines, drive operational efficiency through the Project Management Office (PMO), and prepare the organisation’s corporate structure for future liquidity events.
Jankovic brings over 17 years of experience in high-growth digital commerce and iGaming. He served as Associate Director of iGaming Deal Advisory at KPMG, where he led over €1 billion in transaction mandates. Previously, as CFO and Board Director at Vouchercloud, he played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion and eventual $65 million sale to Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN). Most recently, he served as COO at Habari Media.
