
UI/UX Designer
Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, confident, experienced, and self-motivated UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will use your creativity to bring powerful user interfaces to life while also improving conversions with your User-Centric expertise. You will create, maintain and raise our design standards, both aesthetically and in terms of consistency. You must have a beautiful portfolio to brag about with a solid background in product (UI/UX) design.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Decipher product requirements into beautiful workflows and interfaces
- Oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with key stakeholders, product managers, UX researchers, and content strategists
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users
- Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
- Set best practices with the help of design systems, confluence documentation, and creative workflows
- Solicit and provide feedback from stakeholders to continually improve the quality of our products through multiple iterations exploring a range of design options
- Work cooperatively with a wider team of creatives
- Support and contribute to the company's creative progression
- Mentor and support other designers
- Contribute towards the design team’s design systems and workflows using confluence
- Stay up to date with industry trends and keep evolving your skills to fulfill your potential
- Attended creative workshops with the creative team
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Interaction Design skills defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs
- Experience using prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work
- Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout, iconography
- Strategic product thinker with experience understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on best results
- Experience showcasing end-to-end design processes across multiple projects that include interaction, visual design and high-fidelity prototypes
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Adobe CC products, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator
- Fluent in using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figjam
- Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision
- Be obsessive about consistency and detail - spot the things others fail to see
- Experience in using agile methodologies such as Jira, Monday, etc.
Possessing any of the WOW qualities listed below would be a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media or equivalent
- Qualifications in Adobe Certified Professional certification
- Exposure using banner creation tools such as Bannerflow, Creatopy, Adobe Animate, Flash, or similar
- Experience working in the Gaming / Affiliation industry
- Knowledge in using WordPress
- Knowledge working with Responsive Web Design
Working Conditions
- Full-Time Job (Hybrid)
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
