Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Head of Performance with vast experience in iGaming (casino) and the marketing affiliation industry to lead and manage a group of highly talented individuals and drive the growth of our portfolio of successful Casino Affiliate sites.


In this role, you will have several direct reports and it's your responsibility to oversee, guide, and work closely with various teams to continuously improve the products and generate value for the users.


This is a role suited for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading a team and managing a portfolio of new and established casino brands in multiple markets and languages. To be successful in this role, you will need to work with Content, Data, UX, Sales, and Marketing departments, to generate continual improvements using data and innovative strategies.

The Head of Performance is a key member of the senior management team with full P&L responsibility and reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. 



Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for the performance of the portfolio of affiliate casino sites internationally (multiple languages and markets)
  • Regularly meets with all relevant stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and how to drive business development, revenue, and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious goals
  • Mentors direct reports to ensure performance in the team is sustained and individual team members' performance is consistently tracked
  • Acts as an advisor and coach to their team, providing advice, guidance, and feedback and sharing their experience and expertise as appropriate
  • Ensures that we constantly research customer experiences and expectations to identify undeveloped opportunities
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Stays on top of all compliance and regulatory requirements around the online casino industry to minimise business risks and ensure full compliance in each market we operate
  • Work with your team to drive product optimisation and development to increase conversion rates and improve revenue
  • Develop a proactive strategy to ensure the portfolio of Casino brands are delivering the best content to users with a clear knowledge of each site's mission statement and objective
  • Provide regular KPI reports to senior management
  • Ensure that your team conducts regular health checks of the sites (GEO targeting, SEO and UX/UI, CTA, etc.)
  • Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis to ensure our portfolio of sites retains a competitive advantage




  • Bachelor's degree in business, business management, or other related fields is preferred
  • A good understanding of SEO
  • 7+ years experience within the online casino affiliation industry
  • At least 4 years of experience in a management position
  • Outstanding mentorship and coaching abilities
  • Proven ability to develop and engage team members and lead teams in a matrix environment
  • Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise
  • Managing team performance effectively through the practicing of ongoing performance management, including conducting performance reviews and regular 1-1 meetings 
  • Leading by example by delivering positive results and being a visible ambassador
  • Being approachable and available to the direct team and other stakeholders
  • Communicating effectively and ensuring information is delivered in a clear and timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas and information in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good research skills and ability to find trends in the market and users' expectations and behavior
  • Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations around online casinos
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • With professional maturity, understanding of different cultures, high integrity, and also fluent in English
