Game Lounge Announces CEO Transition

Game Lounge today announced that Richard Dennys will be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Since joining in early 2024, Richard has overseen a period of strategic transformation for the company. During his tenure, Game Lounge strengthened its focus on its core business of iGaming affiliation, expanded its international footprint through the acquisition of Meneer in the Netherlands, and initiated key investments in technology and operational capabilities to support long-term growth.

The Board thanks Richard for his leadership and contributions and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.

Effective immediately, Jonas Cederholm, founder and board member of Game Lounge, will assume the role of interim Chief Executive Officer. Jonas brings deep industry knowledge and a strong connection to the company’s strategic vision, ensuring continuity in leadership and execution
