We’re the problem solvers, the testers, the fine-tuners. At Game Lounge, the CX & Optimisation team brings together UX/UI pros, designers, and researchers with one shared goal to craft user experiences that don’t just look good but work brilliantly. We blend creativity with data and push boundaries, always aiming to build things we’re proud of and that make a difference to the business.

We believe the best ideas often come from digging deep, asking questions, and being okay with the uncomfortable parts of growth. Whether we’re running A/B tests, reworking user flows, or brainstorming a new conversion or business proposal strategy, we bring our own mix of skills to the table. We also love supporting the wider team from workshops to brand alignment. We’re always happy to share insights and bounce ideas around.
