We are so thrilled to announce this May 2022, that Game Lounge is the winner of the Employee’s Voice Awards for 2021-2022. This prize celebrates local businesses that prioritise the overall well-being of their employees.
The award was presented during the HR Spring Event 5th Edition by Business Leaders Malta (BLM), at the Xara Lodge. The event saw 10 influential speakers from across various business sectors in Malta, together with over a hundred HR professionals.
Game Lounge landed this prestigious win for the 10-59 employee category, through a selection process that consisted of a confidential survey that was filled in by GL employees. The survey forms part of a scientific study managed by BLM’s research team ‘Esprimi’, which assesses the following nine crucial factors – leadership effectiveness, commitment towards employees’ personal development, level of employee engagement, team spirit and the company’s working culture.
