We’re a small team of people with extensive HR experience from many different industries. At Game Lounge, we come together to make sure potential and current Game Loungers are fully supported throughout their time with us.
This starts with our open door policy and ensuring employees know that we’re always there for them. Naturally, this takes many different forms. We keep talent motivated and invest in various training and development programmes throughout the year and continuously brainstorm on new policies and benefits that suit our employees best. And as our company continues to grow, we focus on hiring the best talent who’ll fit into our company culture.

Game Lounge now employs talented Game Loungers from around the world. This tremendous growth is facilitated by our seamless recruitment process. Employee Retention
We strive to retain our talent in two main ways: by supporting them while they work with us and by providing them with opportunities to grow in their career. Let’s take each point one by one. We seek ways to improve employees’ well-being by ensuring that our benefits remain attractive, organising team building events and the yearly wellness week activity. As for progression opportunities, we incentivise skills-training opportunities throughout the year so that Game Loungers can take on new roles and more or different responsibilities should they wish to. In fact, 16% of employees were promoted in 2021!
Training
Providing regular training is essential when you work in an agile company like Game Lounge. It’s because of this that we provide training sessions, workshops, access to highly-skilled coaches, and more. These sessions allow Game Loungers to develop their interpersonal skills and foster empathy between teams.
HR Admin
HR administration is an essential function of our team. It involves being the primary contact person for all Game Loungers, welcoming new hires to the team and being on hand to answer any employee questions. Additionally, they provide HR administrative support including duties associated with the training courses employees take and much more in a seamless manner.
