Hybrid-flexible and remote working

We offer hybrid-flexible, remote work to all. Teams and their managers are able to decide how often they come into the office (if at all) as long as their role allows it and they’re available during core hours. We also hire fully remote if that suits you best.

If you’re looking to be closer to any one of our home bases, we’re here to do our utmost to make your move as straightforward as possible. When you relocate with us, you’ll be supported with whatever is necessary such as flights, accommodation, VISA applications, and more. Your start at Game Lounge is about embracing your new role – we’ll help with the rest.

What to expect from the hiring process

We want to get to know the real you, what drives you, and what makes you light up. Before your interview, explore who we are, review the job description, and come ready to share your key accomplishments. Bring your questions too. We love a two-way conversation.

In general, our recruitment process looks like this:

  • Review your application

    Your application will be reviewed by our HR team and the relevant hiring manager. If shortlisted, you will be contacted for the first interview.

  • 1st interview

    In the first interview, you’ll meet an HR Representative and Hiring Manager. It’s a chance for you to share your experience and interest in the role, and for us to walk you through the team, expectations, and responsibilities.

     

  • At-home task

    Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete an at-home assessment within a few days.

  • 2nd interview

    In this stage, you’ll meet the Department Lead and Hiring Manager to explore the role in more depth, discuss your task, and address any remaining questions.

  • Job offer

    If you’re selected, HR will call you with the job offer. Once accepted, your contract and onboarding details will be sent via email.

  • Welcome to Game Lounge

    Welcome aboard! You’re officially a Game Lounger! Your first day begins with an onboarding session led by HR and your Department Lead or Line Manager to help you settle into your role and team.
